Casey Walsh brings over a decade of experience in managing ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) households to Walsh Signature Staffing. Her deep knowledge of estate management and luxury staffing has earned her a reputation as a leader in the industry.

Casey’s career began in the heart of prestigious UHNW homes, where she worked as a Governess and Family Assistant. These early roles gave her invaluable insight into the personal dynamics of high-profile families, as well as the logistical demands of running sophisticated households. Over time, she transitioned to more complex roles, including Personal Assistant and Property Manager, mastering the art of coordinating multi-staffed estates.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Casey returned to her roots as a Governess, offering critical support to families by managing homeschooling and special needs therapies. Her adaptability and commitment to these families reaffirmed her connection to the industry she loves.

Recognizing her unique blend of skills, Casey transitioned into recruitment, where she quickly rose to the position of Director at a renowned firm. She transformed the recruitment processes, led major client accounts, and established new standards of success in the UHNW staffing space. This expertise and passion for connecting families with exceptional staff led her to create Walsh Signature Staffing—a firm that reflects her dedication to excellence and discretion.
