Kristin Twiford is an award-winning content producer with experience in daily news, education and tech. As the Director of Brand & Content for Nines, she works with complex households and the private service professionals who support them to create industry leading household management resources, including the Easemakers Podcast and Nines Modern Household Management Workshops.
Shelby is the Director of Estate Management for Nines and the leader of Nines Modern Household Management Workshops. With more than twenty years of estate management experience, she understands the complexities private service professionals face with limited educational resources and inadequate information management tools, and she is passionate about creating practical and accessible solutions for future generations. Drawing from her unique skillset, she guides Nines clients through a customized onboarding process, helping them overcome challenges and streamline operations with the support of a household management platform designed to meet their specific needs. In addition to her role at Nines, she continues to serve as a part-time Director of Residences and consultant.
