Elise Lewis

President, Distinguished Domestic Services

Since 1988, when she opened her first staffing agency, Elise Lewis has successfully built decades-long, trusted relationships with the world’s most elite and discerning clientele and in turn, staffed their estates, homes and family offices with long-term qualified and experienced domestic staff.

After selling her first agency in 1990, Elise opened Kensington Nannies which is still in existence today. Kensington Nannies specializes in the placement of professional Nannies, Housekeepers, Laundresses and Housemen. With the enormous success of Kensington Nannies’ long-term placements, satisfied clients were requesting Elise to provide complete household staffing for their estates. So, Distinguished Domestic Services (DDS) was established in 2000 which is an all-encompassing domestic staffing agency, specializing in the full staffing of private residences.

Today, Distinguished Domestics continues to staff the world’s most elite estates with the highest-caliber Private Service Professionals that have been fully-vetted and screened. Kensington Nannies continues to provide highly-skilled professional Housekeepers, Nannies, Laundresses and Housemen throughout the Los Angeles area and beyond to clients from busy executives, large families, working mothers to the UHNW.

Elise prides herself as a leader in the industry and continues to grow her large and ever-expanding database of highly-qualified and experienced Personal Service Professionals. Over these 30 years, Elise’s strong relationships with both her clients and candidates is the foundation of both Distinguished Domestic Services’ and Kensington Nannies’ success. Their core business is based mainly on repeat clientele and word-of-mouth referrals from the top one percent of our nation and the world, high-profile celebrities, UHNW families and individuals and UHNW family offices.
